Priya Rama, who paints her frequent migraines to turn pain into beauty, is an Acrylic Painter from Mason, Ohio. Priya was featured on CBS Sunday Morning on Feb. 26, 2020. She has been represented by Hayley Gallery since 2018.

I signed up for a 6 week embroidery class impulsively. This led to creative sparks firing in unexpected ways. The colors and textures of the embroidery threads compelled me to use them on my painted canvas. And here is one such exploration-- my version of Vincent van Gogh's Starry Night. I call it "Vincent's Aurora". By the way, Vincent is my 'spirit buddy'.
