Nazli Brush/Columbus, OH - Nazli Brush is an artist based in Columbus, Ohio, whose creative journey began in Istanbul, Turkey. They divide their time between the United States and various parts of the world, alternating between three months in the U.S. and three months in different cultures. She believes that art is a form of therapeutic solace and a way to escape for a moment in these turbulent times we live in. “I view my work as an extension of myself and my imagination. Creating abstract pieces gives me a sense of freedom and endless possibilities to use my creativity. Just as nature has no bounds, the inspiration I get from nature and my environment is endless and always exciting for me to explore.
